Alumni Reunion Days Breakfast Friday June 5, 2009
Members of the class of 1959 (50th reunion) and all Michigan State Spartans (classes of 1959 and earlier) were invited to return to campus for Alumni Reunion Days, sponsored by the MSU Alumni Association. These Spartans were encouraged to come back, have fun, see the new sites of campus through tours, lectures, college events, receptions and more.

The College of Music invited all alumni eligible to attend this year's Alumni Reunion Days to gather at a special breakfast held at the Kellogg Center on Friday, June 5th at 8:00 am. Associate Dean and Director of Choral Programs, David Rayl and Assistant Director of Development and Alumni Relations Officer, Linda Conradi represented the College of Music at this lovely event.
We were honored to welcome back the following alumni: Ronald and Elaine Salow, Larry and Susan Franklin, Ruth Sharpe, Jean Fickett, Ph.D., Dr. Dale Bartlett, Karlene Bach, Henry and Phyllis Nelson. (pictured above)
A wonderful meal was shared by the group while an update on college 'happenings' was provided by Associate Dean, David Rayl. The breakfast concluded with the group sharing fond memories of MSU and the College of Music, including discussion of "how times have changed" but, nevertheless, "the great talent of the music students at MSU remains stronger than ever".
The beginning of summer was the perfect time to get together to relive old memories, see classmates and take a stroll along the Red Cedar. If you are a 1960 or prior graduate, please contact Linda Conradi at conradi@msu.edu or call 517-353-9872 to find out information about next year's Alumni Reunion Days 2010.
